The Weather Window I am opening up the window to tell you a bit about the history of the Weathered window. Many years ago I started out as a crafter and loved it dearly. Due to the fact that I started selling my items and expanding my hobby I decided to get a license and start a business. I run a cottage business in my home. Over the years I have done home parties, craft shows, local shops, and open houses. Many of the locals know me by my business name, Arlene’s Country Collection. I sell to shops locally and locally is the THUMB OF MICHIGAN a few miles from the beautiful city of Franknmuth also known as 'Little Bavaria' We live on the county line and are 'Country Folk At Heart'. I find that reflects in my painting style. How did the Name The Weathered Window come to be? I have been painting on old windows for years. I am know in my area as the "Window Lady" You may know my art from www.Paintindaze.com Paintindaze is a big part of my business life. But we felt the need to change the name to showcase the the old weathered windows that I am know for in our area.

I have enjoyed an abundant life in the crafting world. God has truly blessed me in this line of business. He has given me the talent along with wonderful customers who have become friends.
